Corralejo is the main tourist resort in the north of Fuerteventura and plays host to thousands of holiday makers each year. The town, although now quite spread, edges its fine villas and apartments along the winding coast-line to the magnificent clothes-optional white beaches and dunes. Corralejo has many boutiques, shops, attractions and is a magnet for nightlife and a variety of cuisine. The Ferry Port allows hourly links to its neighboring island of Lanzarote. Corralejo benefits from all year round sunshine with few cloudy days and very little rainfall.

The villa itself lies in a walled estate with gate security, and is part of the protected “Parque Natural” with stunning views. From the roof terrace you can see the nearby islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos, and the crystal clear sea has a refreshing breeze throughout the day. On the villa estate there is a supermarket, sauna, gym, coffee shop and restaurant.
The lounge has top-of-the-range two and three seater sofas, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi, broadband point, and recessed lighting. The dining room seats six people comfortably.
The American-style kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including multi-oven, fridge, hob, freezer and dishwasher …and every other item you’d expect in a millionaire’s playground – although the washing machine is located on the roof.
There are three bedrooms – two have double beds, dressing room and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two quality single beds and en suite bathroom. The sofa beds in the lounge can be used for extra sleeping.
The sun terrace around the pool has high quality loungers and comfortable patio furniture. Outside, stylish pergolas and planters around the pool area and on the full roof-terrace combine to create areas that are as beautiful as they are functional, whilst inside the clever design makes use of every square foot, thus giving spacious living areas.
